Starting in Cowes on Saturday at the end of July, finishing in Cherbourg on Wednesday or Thursday of the following week, still at the end of July or beginning of August. On Friday of the same week, the prize-giving ceremony will take place in Cherbourg, followed by an evaluation at Le Val Castle and a boat clean-up with the trainees.

Mandatory training days
From the Saturday before the start until the Friday before the start, there is compulsory training for the Fastnet Race, in addition to a compulsory delivery from Breskens to Cherbourg. After resting in Cherbourg, training will take place in Cherbourg and accommodation will be at Château Le Val. On Friday, the day before the start, the boats will sail from Cherbourg to the Solent and spend the night on board. After the Fastnet finish, there will be a well-deserved and compulsory rest at Chateau le Val with evaluation, celebration and boat cleaning. The prize-giving ceremony will take place on the Friday of the same week, after which we will depart for the Netherlands. Exact dates will be published and shared as soon as they are known.
